How long before my order ships?
Since all items are made to order and handmade, processing times will vary depending on current order demand. On average, my processing times are anywhere from 2 - 10 business days. If it should take any longer, I will always contact you to update you on the progress.
What is the return policy?
Since these are handmade and used for pets, there are no returns. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you and see if we can find a resolution.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only given on a case by case basis. Please message me if you need help with your order.
Do you make custom orders?
Absolutely! Just click on the “Custom Orders” tab at the top of the page and fill out the information. Please include dimensions, requested patterns, and/or any photos relative to your request such as a photo of the cage if you are requesting a custom size liner. I am happy to make custom sized liners, or order special fleece fabric patterns for items to be made with. Once I have the details of your request, I will make a quote to send you. Once you agree to the quote, I will send an invoice with your order details for you to purchase the order. Once I receive payment, I’ll order all materials if needed, then start on your order as soon as I can.
Do you have local pick up or delivery options?
If you live in San Antonio, you might be able to pick your order up from me once its completed by meeting me at a Second Chance Cavy Adoption Meet and Greet event. I either help out at the Bandera Road/1604 PetSmart on Sundays from 11am - 4pm, or I am in charge of the event at the Alamo Ranch PetSmart off Culebra Road and 1604 most Sundays from 11am - 4pm. If you live near one of these, and would like to pick up items in person, just send me a message and we can work out details. If you have already paid for shipping on your order, and are going to pick up in person, I will refund the shipping cost to you.
