How long before my order ships?

• Since all items are made to order and handmade, processing times will vary depending on current order demand. On average, my processing times are anywhere from 2 - 10 business days. If it should take any longer, I will always contact you to update you on the progress.

What is the return policy?

• Since these are handmade and used for pets, there are no returns. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you and see if we can find a resolution.

Can I get a refund?

• Refunds are only given if requested before an Item has been made.

• Absolutely! Just message me on my Etsy shop and let me know what you are wanting made.
